Paul is Chief Operating Officer at Oxford Academic Health Science Network. He has a commercial background, with international experience of licensing, contracting and mergers and acquisitions. He has led large change programmes in the NHS – including the outsourcing of NHS Supply Chain. He has been a director of two local life sciences companies and an international food company.
Paul was the first employee of Oxford AHSN in August 2013. He is responsible for the delivery of its programmes including 150 collaborative projects across a region of 3.3 million people.
