Looking after the workforce is an essential priority of the healthcare system. Providing opportunities for personal development can increase efficiency and effectiveness and stimulate innovation and improvement in patient safety, experience and outcomes.
Since 2016 the Oxford AHSN has run a Masters-level programme to support healthcare professionals adopting innovation and managing change. The programme is on to its twelfth cohort with 300 people from wide-ranging positions across the NHS in the Oxford AHSN region receiving support.
