GRASP-Osteoporosis: project resources

The Bone Health project is a collaboration between the University of Oxford, PRIMIS and the Oxford AHSN. It is a primary-care based medicines optimisation project that aims to improve the management of patients at high risk of fragility fracture through a focus on appropriate medication initiation.
