He became an Oxford AHSN Fellow on the Evidence Based Healthcare Masters programme in 2014 and graduated in 2017.
Francis said: “The AHSN fellowship has been wonderful. The course structure is very flexible having in mind that we have other responsibilities.
“It has been lots of sacrifice and hard work, but mind-opening and eye-opening as well.
“I feel much more useful to the day-to-day practice with the teams that I work with.”
