Deborah Grove is an advanced nurse practitioner in renal medicine, based in Milton Keynes and employed by Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
She became an Oxford AHSN Fellow on the Evidence Based Healthcare Masters programme in 2014 and graduated in 2017.
She said: “I feel more equipped to undertake research and feed into my project to provide targeted education and support to implement guidelines. This will ultimately enhance the provision of care for this group of patients.”
