Identification of need

Understanding the need in the area we work, is one of the most critical steps when introducing change.  Through talking to staff and service users we can support organisations to understand the current environment and gather intelligence on what may support services going forward. Please see below details of current projects that we are working on in this space.

Developing Health and Wellbeing Leads in the NHS

On behalf of NHS England, we are currently working with North East North Cumbria AHSN and an independent researcher Spark the Difference to understand the following question:

“What is an inspiring, engaging, and appropriate way to develop people who lead on NHS staff health and wellbeing”?

To find out how health and wellbeing is supported currently in organisations we are undertaking a survey and hosting two workshops. Within these we will also be seeking to understand what support and development would be most helpful.

Online workshops

Please come and share your views and experience to help us develop the tools, and support required for individuals and organisations going forward.  The workshops will be held over Zoom.
