Supporting stroke services through the pandemic

17.00-18.00

Webinar

The pandemic has created unprecedented challenges for stroke services. The impact has been rapid and far-reaching, disrupting the quality of care in many ways.

Stroke services have had to adapt quickly. Some of the ways in which they have done so are captured in a new practical guide produced by the Oxford AHSN and national clinical leads from Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) which has a particular focus on actions stroke services should consider taking during the restoration and recovery phase of the pandemic.

This webinar offers an opportunity to hear about some of these examples of innovation and service change across the whole stroke pathway. Contributors include national stroke leaders and a patient perspective.
