One of three regional events run by NHS England and NHS Improvement for stakeholders with an interest in evolving payment policy and how it can help increase adoption of innovation across healthcare systems.
It will focus on innovation relating to clinically validated new models of care, new ways of working and new care pathways which change clinical processes and improve patient outcomes.
Some of these may require payment incentives to support wide implementation across healthcare systems. The session will also look at innovation products covered by the MedTech Funding Mandate Policy launched in April 2021.
