This meeting is hosted by Milton Keynes University Hospital. The two previous meetings of the ED collaborative were hosted by Buckinghamshire Healthcare and Royal Berkshire trusts. The ED Collaborative also includes Berkshire Healthcare, Frimley Health and Oxford University Hospitals. It is coordinated by the Oxford AHSN Patient Safety Collaborative.
