Dr Minoo Irani

Minoo chairs the Oversight Group for Patient and Public Involvement, Engagement and Experience. He is Medical Director of Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. A consultant paediatrician, Minoo has experience of working on projects and committees within the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, General Medical Council, Department of Health and Berkshire Research Ethics Committee.

Laurie Kenny

Laurie joined the Oxford AHSN in August 2019. After studying public administration and management, she moved to Hong Kong for several years before returning to Oxford to work in education. Before joining the AHSN Laurie was the support manager for the anaesthetics department at the John Radcliffe Hospital where she completed the Improvement Champions programme.

Julie Rice has been appointed in a consultancy capacity as Workforce Programme Development Lead supporting Sian. Julie was previously Interim Workforce Programme Director for the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care System. She has also held workforce transformation roles for Oxfordshire County Council and clinical commissioning groups in London
