Emma became a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in 2010 and has 14 years’ experience in NHS financial and management accounting having worked at Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and Health Education England.

Samantha provides programme support to the CIA team. Prior to joining in July 2019 she worked in incident reporting, governance and risk management within a NHS trust.

Eileen Dudley

Eileen leads on the Maternity and Neonatal Safety Improvement Programme and continues to practise clinically as a midwife. Eileen has held various NHS positions including operational, supervision and quality improvement roles. She is project lead for the award-winning intelligent intermittent auscultation in labour programme.

Marianna joined in 2017. She leads on the Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Endoscopy workstreams. Marianna has over 15 years’ experience in commercial and business development in both multinational companies and the NHS, with expertise in delivering income and business generation projects, strategic business planning and business modelling.
