Ferdinand supports the Clinical Innovation Adoption team and has over ten years experience working within the administrative and management setting. Amy supports the Chief Operating Officer and programme office to ensure the delivery of the Oxford AHSN’s programmes. She is the main HR link between Oxford AHSN and our host Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Amy also works closely with the Head of Communications on a variety of projects.
Emma became a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in 2010 and has 14 years’ experience in NHS financial and management accounting having worked at Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and Health Education England.
Eileen leads on the Maternity and Neonatal Safety Improvement Programme and continues to practise clinically as a midwife. Eileen has held various NHS positions including operational, supervision and quality improvement roles. She is project lead for the award-winning intelligent intermittent auscultation in labour programme.
Marianna joined the Oxford AHSN in 2017. She leads on the Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Endoscopy workstreams. Marianna has over 15 years’ experience in commercial and business development in both multinational companies and the NHS, with expertise in delivering income and business generation projects, strategic business planning and business modelling.
