Ferdinand supports the Clinical Innovation Adoption team. Prior to joining the Oxford AHSN he was the administration manager for the Oxford Early Intervention in Psychosis service. He has also worked for community and mental health teams at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Amy supports the Chief Operating Officer and programme office to ensure the delivery of the Oxford AHSN’s programmes. She is the main HR link between Oxford AHSN and our host Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Amy also works closely with the Head of Communications on a variety of projects.
Emma became a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in 2010 and has 14 years’ experience in NHS financial and management accounting having worked at Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, and Health Education England.
Eileen has 30 years’ NHS experience as a nurse and midwife working in acute and community settings. She has been a supervisor of midwives since 2013. More recently she has worked as quality improvement educator with Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Ashley has experience of sales and marketing in the life sciences sector. She is a graduate of the University of Warwick, and specialised in molecular genetics.
Gareth joined the AHSN in April 2019. Since 2016 Gareth has worked for the NHS in primary care, urgent care and health and social care commissioning. Andrew has an extensive healthcare background with unique experience across clinical, applied technology and innovation roles. He has worked in diverse capacities from direct patient care as a doctor to evaluating health technologies, multi-centre collaboration, delivering complex change and advising senior management. Andrew is also an NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur.
Matthew has over ten years’ experience working in the NHS in primary care, holding operational management, strategic management and commissioning roles. He also has worked in adult social care business support and performance management. Matthew has an academic research background with a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford Medical Sciences Division.
Flo joined the Oxford AHSN in November 2018. She previously worked as a project manager in nanotechnology company. Prior to that Flo spent ten years as a forensic scientist.
