Neil’s second stint at Buckinghamshire Healthcare began in July 2013 as Deputy Chief Operating Officer for Surgery and Critical Care, becoming Chief Operating Officer in April 2015. Neil was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer in March 2018, taking on the role on a permanent basis in January 2019.
