Matthew leads on Industry and Innovation within the Strategic and Industry Partnerships Team of Oxford AHSN. Matthew has a broad NHS and industry background covering primary, secondary, tertiary and commissioning functions in the NHS particularly in the Oxford AHSN region. Prior to the NHS, Matthew worked in charitable health and social care, technology, finance, and medical publishing. He has a BA from Stanford University, MBA from the University of Oxford, and is a Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner and Qualified Level 1 British Triathlon Coach.
