Lucy is experienced in listening to, working alongside and advising people across the health and social care system, including those with direct experience of using services. Her background is in the charity sector – ten years covering health, social care and community development – followed by 15 years as a management consultant helping charities, housing associations, the NHS, local and national government. Lucy holds an MSc in Management from Bayes Business School, London. She is a Non-Executive Director of Pobl Group and Chair of Oxfordshire Music Education Partnership.
