Flora has experience in conducting service evaluation and adoption projects across the BOB ICS. She led a BOB ICS programme aimed at implementing and evaluating various digital innovations across the local NHS Trusts. The programme also involved collaborating with clinical colleagues to complete a service pathway redesign, real-world evaluation, and health economic study to gather the necessary evidence for further scaling up, adoption and spread. Currently, she is supporting several service evaluations and the adoption of technologies that aid in elective recovery.
